1. Information We Collect
Blind Tiger Tattoo Co, also referred to as BTTCO, we, or us, collects information needed to provide tattoo booking and client services.
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Booking information: Tattoo preferences, reference images, scheduling details, and communication history.
- Health information: Medical disclosures provided on consent waivers for the safe delivery of tattoo services.
- Payment information: Payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Google Calendar information: When an artist connects Google Calendar, we access the connected account identity, calendar identifiers and names, free or busy time ranges, and event identifiers, titles, locations, start and end times, and links. BTTCO may send booking and consultation event titles, descriptions, locations, times, reminders, attendee email addresses, and Google Meet conference requests to the connected calendar.
- Usage data: Pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and feature usage.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and manage tattoo booking services.
- To communicate about inquiries, consultations, appointments, scheduling changes, preparation, aftercare, and support questions.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To comply with applicable health, safety, tax, and record keeping requirements.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send SMS booking and appointment communications when you explicitly opt in.
3. Google Calendar Integration
Google Calendar access is optional and is used only for connected scheduling features. BTTCO reads availability and upcoming appointment details to prevent conflicts, show accurate booking times, and import existing appointments. BTTCO creates, updates, and deletes booking or consultation events when an authorized user performs the corresponding action in BTTCO. Consultation events may include a client email address as an attendee and may create a Google Meet conference link.
We store the OAuth refresh token required to maintain the connection and Google event identifiers and links required to keep bookings synchronized. Disconnecting Google Calendar removes the stored connection token. This connection does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or Google Directory.
BTTCO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. SMS Messaging Privacy and Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. When you choose to opt in, Blind Tiger Tattoo Co may send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, preparation or aftercare information, and replies to your questions.
Message frequency varies. Typical clients receive 2 to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver requested messaging, including Twilio, or when required by law.

5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as needed with:
- Artists: Booking details and reference images needed to prepare for your session.
- Service providers: Payment processors, email and SMS delivery providers, and hosting providers that help us operate the platform.
- Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect clients, staff, or the public.
The SMS privacy restrictions above apply regardless of these categories.
6. Security and Retention
We use encrypted transmission, secure password hashing, access controls, and security reviews. Account information is retained while an account is active. Booking and consent records may be retained for up to seven years for business, tax, health, and safety requirements. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics to understand site usage. Browser settings can disable cookies, although doing so may affect site functionality.
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your information, subject to applicable retention requirements. Contact admin@blindtigertattoo.co. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be shown by the last updated date on this page.
